The 24-Hour Guarantee — Policy
- After checkout you receive your setup steps (your store details form) on WhatsApp and email. The 24-hour guarantee clock starts the moment you complete and submit those steps — not at checkout. We can't build your store without your details.
- This guarantee covers delivery failure on our side — not change of mind. It applies only if you did your part and your store still wasn't delivered.
- To qualify for a refund you must provide all of the following: (a) proof that you completed and submitted your setup steps (your submission confirmation, or the WhatsApp/email thread where you sent them); (b) proof that you actually attempted to access and generate your store through the AI Store Builder — dated screenshots or a screen recording of your attempt; and (c) that you reported the problem to our support team within 48 hours of that attempt, giving us the opportunity to resolve it. Most delivery issues are fixed within hours.
- If we cannot get your working store live within 24 hours of a verified, completed attempt, you receive a 100% refund.
- Purchases where the setup steps were never completed, or where no attempt was made to generate the store, do not qualify — the guarantee clock never started.
- Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The 14-Day First-Sale Guarantee — Policy (GO-PRO only)
- Applies to the GO-PRO package only, on top of the 24-Hour Guarantee above.
- This guarantee rewards action. To qualify, you must complete all of the following within your first 14 days — with proof: (a) complete the course modules as laid out in your onboarding plan (your progress is tracked in the course platform); (b) launch your store within 48 hours of receiving it (store URL and launch date); (c) book and attend at least six of your free private calls with the team (attendance is logged on our side); (d) implement every action step given to you on those calls, including launching your first ad campaign as instructed — with screenshots of the work and your ad account; and (e) run your ads with a minimum ad spend of R150 per day from the day your first campaign launches until day 14 — verified with your ad account billing and spend history. A store cannot make sales without traffic; ad spend is part of doing the work.
- Every claim is checked against our records: course progress, call attendance, your store, your ad account spend history and the work itself. If our records show the steps weren't done — or the minimum daily ad spend wasn't maintained — the claim does not qualify.
- If you have verifiably done all of the above and still haven't made your first sale by day 14, you receive a 100% refund.
- Claims must be submitted between day 14 and day 21 of your purchase, with your evidence: course progress, call history, store link, and ad account spend screenshots.
- Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The short version: both guarantees exist for people who do the work. Buying and doing nothing does not qualify for a refund under either guarantee.
