1. Overview

At DropStore, we provide digital products and services, including ready-made Shopify stores, lifetime access to our online course (DropStore Academy), and personalized support.

Because all of our products include instant access to digital content, custom-built stores, and proprietary business information, we do not offer refunds or returns once your order has been processed or access has been granted.

2. No Refund Policy

By purchasing from dropstoresa.co.za, you acknowledge and agree that:

All sales are final and non-refundable.
Once you receive access to your Shopify store or training course, it cannot be revoked, and the information shared cannot be “returned.”
This policy prevents misuse of our content and protects our digital intellectual property.

Refunds will only be considered in limited cases such as:

Duplicate payments made in error.
Non-delivery of your store within 7 business days after purchase (and after we’ve verified your order details).

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sa.dropstore@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Each request will be reviewed individually.

3. Digital Product Delivery

All orders are fulfilled digitally via email.
Once payment is confirmed, your ready-made store and training access will be delivered within 24–48 hours.
After delivery, all intellectual property, data, and materials related to your order are permanently accessible to you.

4. Unauthorized Chargebacks

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to your store or course constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or legal action.
