1. Introduction

Welcome to DropStore (dropstoresa.co.za).
By accessing, purchasing, or using our website, products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website or our services.


2. Services Provided

DropStore provides digital business services, including but not limited to:

  • Ready-made Shopify stores preloaded with winning products

  • Online training through DropStore Academy

  • Business setup assistance and one-on-one support

We do not sell a “get rich quick” program or guarantee income. Our services are designed to help customers start and learn how to operate an online dropshipping business.


3. Eligibility

To purchase from DropStore, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent

  • Provide accurate personal and payment information

  • Use the website for lawful purposes only

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order that violates our policies or appears fraudulent.


4. Payment & Pricing

All prices on dropstoresa.co.za are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are securely processed via Yoco

DropStore does not store or have direct access to your payment card details.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or offers at any time without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at checkout is final for that transaction.


5. Delivery of Services

All DropStore products are digital services.
Once payment is confirmed, your ready-made store will be delivered via email, typically within 24 to 48 hours, depending on order volume.

Your DropStore Academy course access will also be emailed upon completion of setup.

Because of the nature of digital services, delivery timelines may vary slightly, but we always strive to meet our standard delivery window.


6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and customized nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once a store has been built or course access has been issued.

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order, or

  • We are unable to deliver your store within 7 business days after purchase.

Refund requests must be made in writing to sa.dropstore@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase.


7. Store Niches & Availability

All store niches and designs are subject to availability.
If a selected niche or style is out of stock, DropStore reserves the right to substitute it with a similar store of equal or greater value.

Our goal is to ensure every customer receives a functional and high-quality Shopify store, even if substitutions are required.


8. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

DropStore does not guarantee profits, sales, or business success.
Results depend entirely on your effort, advertising strategy, and market conditions.

We provide the tools, training, and support to help you start — but your outcomes will vary.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that success requires consistent effort, marketing, and investment.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on dropstoresa.co.za — including logos, graphics, videos, text, and course materials — are the intellectual property of DropStore

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or modify any materials provided without written consent from DropStore.


10. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from DropStore, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and billing information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your Shopify credentials

  • Use your store ethically and in accordance with Shopify’s Terms of Service

  • Avoid selling prohibited or illegal items through your store

DropStore is not responsible for any misuse or policy violations committed by the customer.


11. Support and Communication

All customers receive 30 days of one-on-one support after purchase.

Support includes setup assistance, guidance, and troubleshooting but does not extend to personal ad management or guaranteed results.


12. Limitation of Liability

DropStore, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any loss of income, profits, or business resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

We provide all stores and training “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied.


13. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with South Africa’s POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) and international GDPR standards.
All personal information is handled securely as described in our Privacy Policy.


14. Changes to Terms

DropStore reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law and under the jurisdiction of South African courts.

17. Upon Receiving Your Store

STORE IMAGERY AND BRAND VISUALS

Upon delivery of your completed Shopify 
store all placeholder and default images 
provided are for structural and layout 
purposes only.

It is the sole responsibility of the 
customer to source, create and upload 
their own custom brand imagery including 
but not limited to:

— Hero banner images
— Product lifestyle photography
— Brand logos and graphics
— Collection images
— About page visuals
— Any other store imagery

Drop Store ZA does not create, design 
or source custom brand images on behalf 
of customers as part of any package.

This is intentional. Each store we build 
is unique to the brand you are building 
and your imagery must reflect that brand 
authentically. Generic or stock imagery 
that does not represent your brand 
directly can negatively impact your 
store's conversion rate and brand identity.

Drop Store ZA accepts no responsibility 
for any impact on store performance 
resulting from the customer's choice 
of imagery or failure to update 
placeholder visuals after store delivery.

Course material is provided inside 
our Discord community to assist 
customers in creating effective 
brand visuals independently.
