DropStore offers the following:
Access to the DropStore Academy Course, an educational resource covering e-commerce and dropshipping topics.
Store Setup Services, which include building a custom Shopify store, connecting suppliers, and preparing products for sale.
Additional digital materials, templates, and resources as advertised.
All services are provided digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
4. Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without notice. Once an order is completed and confirmed, the price paid is final.
Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways such as Yoco, Paystack, or PayFast.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases made through DropStore are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by us.
Because our services involve access to digital materials, custom work, and downloadable content, you acknowledge that all sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue or do not receive access to your course or store, please contact our support team at 072 397 9430, and we will assist you promptly.
6. Delivery of Services
Courses: Access is granted digitally after purchase.
Store Setups: Delivery typically occurs within 2–4 business days once all required information has been received from you.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, technical issues, or incomplete client information.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by a client’s failure to provide required information, such as logos, niche preferences, or account access.
7. Client Responsibilities
When purchasing any service, you agree to:
Provide accurate information necessary for completing your store or course access.
Maintain confidentiality of your Shopify and payment account credentials.
Use your store and materials ethically and in compliance with applicable laws.
We are not liable for errors, losses, or damages caused by your misuse of any service, modification of your store, or failure to follow instructions.
8. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims
We do not make any guarantees regarding results, sales, or income.
All business outcomes depend on personal effort, strategy, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
All educational content is provided “as is” and is intended to build your knowledge — not to guarantee any specific outcome.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, text, graphics, code, and course content provided by DropStore remain our intellectual property.
